    90–119: Busy but Unbalanced – Growing with Grit
    Your bees are working hard, and your hive shows promise—but there’s room to realign. Strengthen your internal systems, rally your swarm, and clarify your fundraising flight path.

    60–89: Sticky Wings – Under-Resourced or Stalled
    You might be flapping without lift. Whether it’s leadership drift, unclear strategy, or disengaged bees, now’s the time to assess and recalibrate before burnout spreads.

    Below 60: Hive in Crisis – Ripe for Reinvention
